The Denali Summit plan pays the following percentages of the allowed amounts: 100% for Preventative Services, 50% for Diagnostic Services, and 30% for Basic and Major services in the first year. In the second year, coverage for Diagnostic Services increases to 75% and for Basic and Major services 40%. In the third year, coverage for Diagnostic Services increases to 90% and for Basic and Major Services, 50%. In the fourth year, coverage for Basic and Major Services increases to 60%.The Denali Summit plan includes Orthodontic services at 10% in year 1, 25% in year 2, 40% in year 3, and 50% in year 4.
The Denali Peak plan pays the following percentages of the allowed amounts: 80% for Preventative Services, 50% for Diagnostic Services, and 30% for Basic and Major services in the first year. In the second year, coverage for Diagnostic Services increases to 60% and for Basic and Major services 40%. In the third year, coverage for Diagnostic Services increases to 70% and for Basic and Major Services, 50%. In the fourth year, coverage for Diagnostic Services increases to 80% and for Basic and Major Services, 60%.
The Denali Ridge plan pays the following percentages of the allowed amounts: 100% for Preventative Services, 50% for Diagnostic Services, and 10% for Basic and Major services in the first year. In the second year, coverage for Diagnostic Services increases to 60% and for Basic and Major services 25%. In the third year, coverage for Diagnostic Services increases to 70% and for Basic and Major Services, 40%. In the fourth year, Diagnostic Services increases to 80% and for Basic and Major Services 50%.
All Denali plans use the Renaissance Network. This network provides access to more than 300,000 dental locations throughout the nation.
Every Denali dental plan allows for four dental cleanings annually, as well as two exams per year. Plus, there is coverage for major dental services, along with an annual maximum of up to $6,000. And you don’t have to worry about any waiting periods when you need immediate care!

Children’s Orthodontic Coverage
Even if you are searching for an individual dental care plan, Denali has you covered. Like all of our other plans, you can expect to get the care and cleanings you need annually, and you will only have a one-time, Lifetime $100 In-Network deductible or Lifetime $200 Out-Of-Network deductible for the Summit and Ridge plans and a $250 Lifetime deductible for the Peak plan. The Summit and Ridge plans have a one-time, Lifetime $100 In-Network deductible or $200 Out-Of-Network deductible along with a Monthly Charge. The Peak plans has a one-time, Lifetime $250 deductible along with a Monthly Charge. The deductible will be incurred during your first visit. One thing that sets Denali apart is that this $100 or $200 deductible only has to be paid once, no matter how long you have your plan. Most insurance companies make this an annual occurrence, which can add up over the years.

All plans are effective the 1st and 15th of the month.
All plans cover preventive and basic dental care along with implants and major services**. When considering a plan, you need to weigh the options. Do you know you might need bridgework or a major service in the upcoming year? Does your kid play a contact sport which could result in losing a tooth? You can’t plan for all situations, but you can be prepared for them.
